DESCRIPTION:This is a chance for growers\, industry\, and researchers to examine a replicate of the onion variety trial where the onions are lifted and laid out in half of the plot and the other half of the onion plot is still growing.  You will be able to examine each of the 50 varieties of onions in the trial.  There will be a shade canopy setup with water and refreshments in the field. \nThe Onion Variety Day includes a hosted lunch at noon.
