Ten years ago, we had the Cowart Family on the cover of Onion World magazine. They were one of the first families growing Vidalia onions to use mechanical harvesters.
“We’re trying to be ‘green friendly’ as much as we can,” says Anthony. “We do everything we can to deliver a a user-friendly product.”
