Prices in the last two weeks have gone up in Idaho/Malhuer and the PNW. Medium whites in 50 lb. sacks shipping from Idaho/Malhuer saw the biggest jump, up $5, and jumbos whites were close behind with a $4 increase.
Medium yellows in 50 lb. sacks shipping out of New York are up $4.25 from a year ago.
