Prices are up, up, up!
50 lb sacks of jumbo whites imported from Mexico through South Texas are up $42 from last year.
Idaho and the PNW are down some or flat compared to last week, but this is somewhat deceptive because prices really jumped two weeks ago. Red jumbos in Idaho/Malheur, for example, though flat this week, are up $6 over March 11.
Every onion on the list is significantly up over last year, with the lowest increase being $4.
