The first report of the season is out for Idaho/Malheur County and the demand is moderate. Prices for yellows and whites collectively average $5.13 over last year.
Columbia Basin, Washington/Umatilla Basin debuted last week with moderate demand and is making our report for the first time this season. A lower market this week dropped prices from August 5.
San Joaquin Valley and Southern New Mexico prices took a tumble from last week. Yellows from both regions dropped by over $4 on average.
Reds across all regions are down from last year by an average of $3.
