Onion demand in New York is fairly good, and that is the bright spot this week. Unfortunately, their shipping prices are the same as last week. All other areas have only moderate or light demand.
A steady market is common across the board, with some onions lower. Where prices from 2019 are available, they show every onion is down with the exception of jumbo yellows in New York, up a measly 25 cents.
There are a lot of onions out there right now.
