Onion Shipping Point Prices for September 21, 2020
Michigan has been dealing with a light supply of onions, but now growers are actively harvesting. Prices have been steady since they starting shipping this season, and continue to be higher than 2019 at this time.
Trucks have been in short supply in Idaho and Malheur County, Oregon and yellow prices dropped slightly from last week.
In the Columbia and Umatilla Basins, white onions took a jump in value, rising an average of $1.25 in the last week.
