Onion Shipping Point Prices for Jan. 24, 2022
Most shipping areas posted good price gains though transportation issues still plague the industry.
In New York, jumbo reds in 50 lb. sacks jumped $7 in the last week and medium reds are $3 up. The mediums are up $18.50 from 2021.
All prices in the Columbia Basin, Wash. and Umatilla Basin, Oregon are up from last week, $1.36 on average.
