Onion Shipping Point Prices for March 6, 2023
Both shipping areas from the Pacific Northwest have fairly light demand, and this is not helping prices.
In Idaho and Malheur County, Oregon, whites have run out, but that hasn’t helped the price in Columbia Basin Wash. and Umatilla Basin, Oregon. Both sizes of whites have dropped one dollar in the last two weeks.
Mexico crossings through South Texas saw yellow prices push up $1.33 on average in the last week.
