The Washington State University Extension (WSU) Onion Field Day, hosted by Skone & Connors, is set for August 31, 2023.

The field day event will be held at the site of the 2023 WSU Onion Cultivar Trial (see driving directions below). This year’s trial is being managed by Skone & Connors in a drip irrigated onion field west of Moses Lake. It includes 52 onion cultivars and lines, from 7 different seed companies. Field day participants will be able to examine the trial entries in the field. The field day presentations will start with a short overview of the trial, then onion researchers will give updates on their work.
