Onion Shipping Point Prices for June 9, 2025
Southern New Mexico has replaced Imperial Valley, Calif. on this week’s onion shipping point report. All three colors from New Mexico are available, with prices very similar to what we saw in Imperial Valley before they ran out of onions.
Prices from New Mexico are down from last year, as we’re seeing in all areas except Vidalia. Yellows average $5.50 off 2024 but whites are only down $3. Reds, however, are down a whopping $15.50 on average.
