In December 2012, the owners/operators of Pawelski Farms, Christopher and Eve Pawelski were on the cover of Onion World. The farm had been batter by Hurricane Irene, tropical storm Lee and three 50-year floods in the span of months. But they kept on growing onions. They even had a chance to get involved in politics.
