BioSafe Systems’ OxiPhos is now registered for use in California, marking 41 states where the product is registered.
OxiPhos is a systemic bactericide and fungicide made from a combination of phosphorous acid and activated peroxide. The activated peroxide helps the phosphorous acid active ingredient to have a broader effect on targeted organisms.
OxiPhos is safe for use throughout the growing season to prevent and control diseases caused by the oomycete group of pathogens. In onions, it is meant to control bacterial leaf blight, bacterial soft rot and downy mildew.
The product works best as a foliar spray or when applied through overhead irrigation waters.
