Winter weather has played havoc this week with shipping in Central Wisconsin and the Columbia Basin. Hang in there folks. Spring will come eventually.
Medium onions, both yellow and white continue to be up over last year’s prices. In New York, for instance, jumbos are down $2, but mediums are up $3.25.
