Utah Onions, Inc. in Syracuse, Utah, has named Carzalia Valley Produce of Columbus, New Mexico, as its newest supplier of fresh onions. Utah Onions will have exclusive rights to sell and market Carzalia Sweet onions as well as the full line of consumer packs, bulk and cartons in all colors of onions offered by Carzalia Valley Produce.
“Looking to the future, we recognized the quality of work Utah Onions is doing in the marketplace and we wanted to be part of an organization that is forward looking and unique in their approach to servicing the needs of their customers,” said James Johnson, vice president of Carzalia Valley Produce.
The new partnership will help the companies supply onions during the summer months. Carzalia Valley will begin harvesting onions on May 15 and will operate until Aug. 10.
