Onion Shipping Point Prices for June 13, 2022
In our last report, only two areas were shipping onions. Now, Southern New Mexico and San Joaquin Valley, Calif. have come on board. Walla Wallas should show up on the next report.
Whites in New Mexico are averaging $8.50 higher than 2021 and yellows and reds are up $7.13 and $7 respectively.
In California’s San Joaquin Valley, whites are not shipping yet. Yellows are averaging $6.75 more than this time last year, and reds are up $7 on average.
