Onion Shipping Point Prices For November 12, 2024
White onions in the PNW and the Treasure Valley took a nice jump this week. In Columbia Basin, Washington & Umatilla Basin, Oregon, whites jumped $3.50 on average in the last two weeks.
The Idaho & Malheur County, Oregon shipping area followed suit, bumping whites $3.25 on average since Oct. 28. Things are looking good for whites.
Yellows and reds stayed mostly stable in all shipping areas with the exception of New York reds, which dropped $2 in the last week.
