Onion Shipping Point Prices for August 4, 2025
The first yellow and reds of the season have started shipping from Columbia Basin, Washington & Umatilla Basin, Oregon.
The only yellows available now from the PNW are jumbos and mediums and they are down an average of $2.75 from 2024 at this time. Jumbo and medium reds are now shipping, but they are down $5.75 on average from last year.
The Southern New Mexico shipping area has run out of whites, and their prices on yellows have softened in the last week.
