John Deere has released its Yield Documentation Specialty Crop package. The package includes an activation code, an application controller and a harness. With this in place, yield data from Greentronics yield monitors can be logged through the John Deere application controller onto the 2630 display. Users can view yield maps in real time on their 2630 display, and all logged data can be transferred to their MyJD account via wireless data transfer. This presents an opportunity for growers with existing GreenStar equipment to improve the process of recording and transmitting root crop yield data, according to Greentronics.
