Onion Shipping Point Prices for March 21, 2022
Onions shipping from Western and Central New York have run out. Meanwhile, Mexico crossings through South Texas have dropped in price.
The Mexican imports shipped at an average of $2.69 lower than the previous week. Texan-grown yellow sweets from the Lower Rio Grande Valley are also lower, down $3 since they started shipping on March 7.
The PNW is mostly steady. Central Wisconsin and Peruvian imports posted modest gains in the last week, however.
