Onion Shipping Point Prices for Sept. 18, 2023
San Joaquin Valley, Calif. has run out of onions for the season, leaving just three areas shipping onions.
Whites are now on the menu from Idaho and Malheur County, Oregon, debuting on our report at $16.50 per 50 pound sack. Predictably (given the downturn in 2023 onion prices versus 2022), this price is down over $7 on average from last year.
