Growers, industry leaders and others interested in onion production gathered together on Aug. 8 for the annual Utah Onion Summer Field Tour. Events started at the Utah State University Kaysville Research Farm with introductions and opportunities to evaluate the 2023 onion variety trial. Seed lines, including 26 entries from six companies, were on display, and company representatives had the opportunity to discuss their entries.
