Onion Shipping Point Prices for April 19, 2021
Vidalia onions have started shipping for the season, one dollar lower than last year. Organic Georgia sweets have not made the report yet.
Peruvian imports are up a buck, but will be gone this week.
White onions are few and far between. They have run out in both the Columbia Basin and in Idaho/Malheur. Whites are up in the last week in the only areas still shipping them; Mexico crossings through South Texas and the Lower Rio Grande Valley, Texas.
