National Onion Association Summer Convention July 6-9
At the NOA Summer Convention, each registrant will receive a draft copy to review of the new Bulb Onion Industry’s Food Safety Guidelines before a general meeting discussion on Thursday, July 7.
The meeting will be led by Gretchen Wall, director of Food Safety and Quality with International Fresh Produce Association.
Cost for the convention is $700; $350 for spouses or guests. After June 15, the costs rise to $850 per member, $500 for guests.
